2023 NSF HDR Ecosystem Conference

Location

The conference will be at The Curtis hotel in Denver, CO.

Lodging

We will cover room costs for attendees staying at hotels arranged by the conference. We will provide the hotels with a list of guests. If you would like to stay at a conference hotel, you MUST indicate this during conference registration. You will be required to provide the hotel with a credit card at check in to cover incidental costs (e.g. purchased snacks, etc.). We will not reimburse lodging for attendees who stay at other hotels.

Travel

Once you receive notification your application has been accepted, please book your own travel. You will be reimbursed up to $600 for flights/ground transportation after travel is completed. You cannot upgrade to economy plus seating unless the flight time exceeds 3 hours.

Getting to Downtown Denver

Downtown Denver is about a 30-minute drive west from the Denver International Airport. There are multiple ground transportation options to get between DIA and Denver including car rental, shuttles, trains/buses, taxis, and ride-share apps (Uber, Lyft).
