2023 NSF HDR Ecosystem Conference

We strongly encourage everyone to bring a poster. These are welcome to range across activities within research, education, community engagement, or DEI. Poster title submission is extended to September 22.

Poster Instructions

The maximum poster size is 4 ft x 4 ft.

Please bring your poster to the conference. If you do not want to travel with your poster, there are businesses that can print a poster for you (e.g. FedEx Office) within walking distance of the conference hotel. You may also ship your poster/have your poster delivered directly to The Curtis for a $5 fee, payable to The Curtis (you are responsible for paying this fee). Please mark boxes and packages being sent to The Curtis as follows:

1. Hold for Arrival – Attn: Recipient’s name, meeting name and arrival date
2. Sender’s return address
3. Conference Services Manager’s name (ATTN: Karla Lewis)
4. Number of boxes being sent (Box 1 of 1)
