Spring Orientation

January 2026

Spring Orientation welcomes all incoming Orediggers who start their Mines journey in January 2026 and is designed to prepare students for a smooth and successful transition to Mines. This one-day orientation program is for those undergraduate students who have committed to enroll at Mines in January 2026 and have submitted their Enrollment Decision form and $200 Enrollment Deposit. Highlights of this program include:

• Sessions with Financial Aid, Bursar, Residence Life, and other offices that will share important details and deadlines
• Time to connect with current students and your new peers through peer discussions
• Meeting with the academic advising team from CASA to learn about how course enrollment works
• Resource fair with several departments and services at Mines
• Catered lunch & dinner

Spring Orientation will take place on the Mines campus. More detailed information will be communicated as we get closer to the event.
