Upper-class student housing for sophomore, junior & senior undergraduates, graduate students, and families is offered at Mines Park Apartments.

Mines Park Applications - CLOSED
Housing availability at Mines Park is extremely limited for the 2023-2024 academic year due to planned renovations.

The Mines Park Apartments application is now closed, as of April 20, 2023. Residence Life performed two lottery selections and communicated housing offers to those selected. The housing offers have been accepted, and we are now at capacity in Mines Park for the 2023-2024 academic year.

If you are still searching for housing, we encourage you to use our Off-Campus Housing Resource webpage as a good starting point for finding housing off campus.

Mines Park Apartments - Academic Year 2023-2024

The university plans to bring renovations and construction to the Mines Park community, including apartment facelifts, new buildings, and renewed community spaces.

These plans require that some of our buildings be empty by June of 2023 so that construction may begin. As a result, there will not be a designated housing for second-year students, international students, and sophomore transfer students in Mines Park for next academic year.
