What we’re making: Breakfast for dinner (biscuits and gravy) and cinamon apples

Unsalted butter
Flour
Sugar
salt
Baking powder
Buttermilk (1 3/4 cup)
2 Jimmy Dean’s Breakfast Sausage rolls
1 brown or yellow onion
1 head garlic
Fresh sage (or dried sage)
1/2 gallon whole milk (or 2%)
Worcestershire sauce
4 apples
brown sugar
apple juice or cider (1/4 c)
cinnamon
nutmeg
vanilla extract

Brie Crostini, BLT Dip, and Apple Cider Ginger Sangria

Grocery List:

Brie Crostini & BLT Dip
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 orange
8 oz Brie cheese
1 French baguette
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Sliced almonds or pistachios (optional)
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
8 bacon strips
1 Head Romain lettuce
4 plum tomatoes
1 green onion
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
Tortilla chips

Apple Cider-Ginger Sangria
2 c unsweetened apple cider
1 c ginger ale
1 red apple – sliced thinly
1 cinnamon stick
½ c frozen cranberries
(If over 21, optional whiskey or bourbon)
