Disability Support Services

Disability Support Services (DSS) is the office to contact for students, parents, and faculty who seek information about disability accommodations for students, including documentation guidelines and types of accommodations available at Mines. Requests for accommodations and required documentation should be sent to Disability Support Services for review and determination of eligibility. Current and future students and their families can learn more at the Disability Support Services student page.

Orediggers Disability Activism and Community (ODAC)

Orediggers Disability, Activism, and Community (ODAC) is a student organization at the Colorado School of Mines. They aim to build a voice for the disabled student community at Mines and grow a better understanding of disability in and out of STEM. ODAC wholeheartedly supports the needs of disabled students academically, but also wishes to improve all aspects of disabled life at Mines. Visit the ODAC landing page or ODAC Instagram for more information and to get involved.

Neurodiversity @ Mines

The Neurodiversity @ Mines project seeks to foster dialogue about neurodiversity on campus and cultivate a more inclusive environment for neurodivergent students, faculty, and staff.

Students who identify as neurodivergent can get tips and support at the Neurodiversity at Mines website.
