Kate leads the DI&A Team at Mines and collaborates across campus to help the university achieve its strategic goals around diversity, inclusion and access, including the cultivation of a campus culture that promotes and celebrates inclusion and achievement and continued work to attract and retain both a diverse student body and employee community.

Responsibilities on Team:
Kelly leads initiatives that raise awareness and messaging for Mines DI&A. This includes the DI&A monthly digest, website and social media, and the annual Celebration of DI&A at Mines. Kelly helps secure, implement, evaluate and amplify new and existing programming that supports Mines DI&A focus areas. She is also responsible for managing DI&A annual awards and finances.

Responsibilities on Team:
Heather leads the data and evaluation efforts for Mines DI&A. This includes tracking DI&A-related metrics, writing DI&A technical reports, conducting surveys on DI&A topics, and working with units across campus on evaluating their DI&A goals. She is also responsible for contributing to sponsored research and grant-writing related to DI&A at Mines.
