Allies for Gender Equity Workshop

Workshop Overview

During this 1-hour interactive, scenario-based workshop, the Advocate facilitators invite Mines men to explore incidents experienced by their women colleagues. Participants will practice appropriate actions to take in those situations.

The content of this workshop was created in consultation with the Mines Women Advisory Board and was designed for the men audience.

Workshop Registration

  • This form should be completed by the point of contact for the workshop. The workshop facilitator(s) will work with this individual to finalize scheduling and meeting logistics.
    Each workshop is 1-hour in duration unless otherwise noted. *Mitigating implicit bias is a three part workshop. Assigned facilitator(s) for session I will work with registrant to schedule sessions II & III.
