Enrollment Verification Services for Mines Students

Colorado School of Mines has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (www.enrollmentverify.org) to provide online official enrollment certificates.

Official Enrollment Verification Certificates are available within the first week of the term.
Unofficial Advanced Registration Certificates are available two months before the start of the term.

Official Enrollment Certificates are often requested for:

• Insurance companies
• Credit card companies
• Parents
• Scholarships
• Employers
• Loan deferments

Current students can request an enrollment certificate at no cost through My.Mines.edu by selecting the National Student Clearinghouse icon.

Third-party forms can either be submitted to the registrar’s office in-person or emailed to registrar@mines.edu.

Former students, parents, and all other third-party requestors:

• Visit My Student Center and select the appropriate link under one of the drop-down menus.
