Jennifer Domenico-Brock, F.N.P., Director

Jennifer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree from Regis University. She has extensive experience in college health.

Kristyn Riley, A.N.P., Associate Director

Kristy is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who joined the Health Center in 2018.  She completed her undergraduate degree in biology from Indiana University Bloomington and her MSN from Yale University.   Kristy’s clinical interests include preventative care, infectious disease, mental health, and students living with chronic illness.

Michelle Kenrick, F.N.P.

Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Colorado Health Science Center and Undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa in Canada. She has extensive experience as a nurse and as a family nurse practitioner.

Callie Johnson

Callie Johnson, A.N.P.

Callie is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.  She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at Ursinus College and Masters of Science in Nursing at Boston College in 2009.  The majority of her career has been spent practicing in a college health setting.  Callie’s clinical interests include sexual health, LGBTQ+ health and mental health.

Franki Behnke, F.N.P.

Franki is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who joined the Health Center is 2022. She received her Master’s degree from Regis University.   She has extensive experience in Family Medicine and Women’s Health.

Kimberley Lauber, M.A.

Kimberley is a registered medical assistant. She received her MA certification in 2015 from Everest College. Kimberley is from Colorado and enjoys camping with her family.

Holly Stone, M.A.

Holly is a native of Denver.  Medical Assisting is her passion. She has worked in the medical field for 20 years after receiving her Medical Assistant Certification from Heritage College in 1996. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping and going to concerts. Holly is very excited to be part of Colorado School of Mines.

Amy Beezley, R.N.

Amy is a Registered Nurse and joined the Health Center in 2023. She received her BSN from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.  Amy lives in Golden and enjoys spending time with family and friends in the mountains.

 

Erin Manzolillo, PMHNP

Erin is a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her graduate degree with honors from the University of Colorado in 2017 and undergraduate degree with honors from Northeastern University in Boston. She has been practicing in the metro area in a variety of settings, including community mental health, addiction medicine and private practice. She enjoys working with college students and is interested in continuing to develop her expertise in this clinical setting.

Jennifer Slabach-Beairsto

Jennifer is originally from Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!) and moved to Colorado in 2018 by way of Florida. Jennifer graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) with a degree in Health Services Administration and has worked in both public health and the private sector. Jennifer and her family enjoy exploring everything Colorado has to offer in all seasons!

Sandra Jameson

Sandra prefers to be called Sandy and is originally from Durango, Colorado where she raised two daughters and one son.  She brings 24 years of experience in higher education with 5 of those years in student health services.  Sandra loves spending time with her family the most and enjoys any sport or activity outdoors.

Dental Clinic Staff

Dr. Jeanette Courtad – Dentist

Dr. Courtad has been the dentist at Mines since construction of the first clinic in 1999.  She received her dental training at the University of California at San Francisco where she taught as a volunteer in Public Health for several years.  Dr. Courtad has been a speaker for the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists.  Her love of art and commitment to finding creative ways to communicate oral health messages is evident in her award-winning book series, Toothful Tales.

Mary Walker – Hygienist

Mary is a registered dental hygienist and has additional training in myofunctional therapy and sleep studies.  She has been practicing dental hygiene in private dental offices for over 30 years and thoroughly enjoys working with our Mines students to improve their dental and general health!  She lives in a log home in the mountains at the top of Coal Creek Canyon.

Roberta Diaz- Dental Assistant

Roberta is a Denver native who has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. She is an expanded duty dental assistant (EDDA) here at CSM and has worked in private dental practices as well as the CU School of Dentisty at the Health Science Center. She has also worked at the School of Dental Medicine as a dental radiology technician on the Anschutz campus. She is so proud to be working here on the beautiful campus of the School of Mines.
