    • Group Advising: The CS department hosts group advising meetings, called Interrupt. Interrupt is required for second-year CS students and will be held in November. In late October, check the CS Canvas page or your email to sign-up for one Interrupt meeting.

    • Students in their first, third, or fourth year at Mines are NOT required to attend Interrupt and do not have an advising hold on registration unless under a 2.5 GPA. 
    • New Transfer students do not have an advising hold but are encouraged to attend Interrupt.
