All rates are per person per semester.
Rate is charged on a semester basis.

Private Studio – $7,861.00 per person per semester

Single Room – $6,861.00 per person per semester

Double Room – $5,980.00 per person per semester

Upper-Division + Family Housing

Beginning in the 2025-2026 academic year, the monthly rates for the Village at Mines Park will include utilities. The rates listed below include laundry, internet, water, gas, electric, and trash removal. All units and bedrooms are furnished. The rates do not include parking.

Single Student Housing – rates are per person, per month

1-Bedroom Unit (Garnet, Graphite) – $1,690

2-Bedroom Unit (Garnet, Graphite) – $1,167

3-Bedroom Unit (Graphite) – $1,035

Studio (Galena) – $1,690

2-Bedroom Unit (Galena) – $1,280

4-Bedroom (Galena) – $1,177

Family Housing – rates are per unit, per month

1-Bedroom Unit (renovated 2024) – $1,690

2-Bedroom Unit (renovated 2024) – $1,926

Mandatory Fees

Programming Fee: $50 per year

This fee is assessed to all students living in the Residence Halls, 1750 Jackson Street, and The Village at Mines Park and is a required fee. The programming fee is utilized by the Residential Education team (Residence Life Coordinators, Resident Advisors, etc.) for community events, programming, and supplies provided by the front desks.

Optional Fees

Bike/Ski/Storage Lockers: $150 per year

Optional bike, ski, and storage lockers are a flat, nonrefundable fee once a year of $150, paid at the start of the academic year. Bike, ski, and storage locker spaces are given by lottery in the summer prior to the fall semester.
