Jen joined the Admissions team in 2022 as the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions after working in CASA, the Center for Academic Services & Advising, for five years. Originally from California, she completed her bachelor and master degrees in New England, lived in Seattle for a few years, and then moved to Colorado 12 years ago and has never looked back. She thinks the best thing about working at Mines is the people. From the great students, amazing faculty, and passionate staff, everyone is helluvawesome. Jen lives with her wife, Heather, their two kids, two dogs, one cat, and one leopard gecko in Westminster.
TOTALLY TRUE TIDBITS
- Has lived in every ‘C’ state: California, Connecticut, and Colorado.
- Is writing her dissertation for her Ph.D. in Higher Education.
- Loves dogs, walking/hiking, food, ice cream, and watching sunrises/sunsets.
- Is super competitive when playing sports or games, but loves to have fun and learn new things!
