SYGN 598I Graduate Internship Course - Registration Approval Form

By submitting this form, the student understands that to receive 3.0 credits for an internship toward the required credits for a non-thesis MS degree, the student is expected to work a minimum of 165 hours for the term registered, whether it is 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 14 weeks or 16 weeks.

This form must be submitted by no later than the Last Day to Add Courses deadline for the term and session requested below.

International students may not begin working until ISSS authorizes CPT. Your CPT employment authorization is valid only for the dates printed on the I-20, and for the specific employer listed. Engaging in employment outside of the authorized dates or at any other employer will result in loss of status. You must have the I-20 before you can begin work.
