Logo Grid and Carousel

The Logo Grid content type displays a collection of logos in a responsive layout, with up to four logos per row on desktop screens. The layout automatically adjusts for tablet and mobile devices, keeping logos organized and easy to view across different screen sizes.

The Logo Grid is available in two display options: Standard Grid and Carousel. The Standard Grid displays logos in rows, allowing visitors to view the collection at once. The Carousel displays logos in a horizontal layout that visitors can navigate through, making it a good option when you have several logos to feature without taking up additional space on the page.

This content type works well for highlighting partnerships, corporate sponsors, professional memberships, accreditations, research collaborators or other organizations affiliated with a department. It allows you to display multiple logos together in one section of a page rather than adding each logo individually.

Each logo can include an optional link to another section of the Mines website, a specific content item or an external website. Links are not required, so logos can also be displayed without directing visitors to another page.

When adding logos, use high-quality images with sufficient resolution to ensure they display clearly. Whenever possible, use logos with transparent backgrounds and avoid adding extra white space around the images. This will help maintain consistent spacing and alignment throughout the grid.

Only include logos for organizations with an established relationship to your department or program. Departments are required to obtain permission from outside organizations before displaying their logos on a Mines website. Be sure to use approved versions of each organization's logo and include appropriate alternative text for accessibility.
