Two and Three Column Text Block
The Two-Column and Three-Column Text Block content types provide a way to organize content into two or three equal-width columns on a page. They are useful for displaying related information side by side, breaking up longer sections of content and creating layouts that are easy for visitors to scan.
Each column includes its own HTML editor, allowing you to add and format content independently. You can include paragraphs, headings, bulleted and numbered lists, links, images, embedded videos, buttons, quotes, tables and other HTML content. These content types provide the same formatting options available in the standard single-column Text Block, with the added flexibility of arranging content into multiple columns.
Background color options include White, Gray, Colorado Red and Blue Dark. On smaller screens, the columns automatically stack vertically to maintain readability and make content easier to navigate on mobile devices.
Accessibility is important when working with Text Blocks, and content editors are responsible for ensuring their content meets accessibility requirements. This includes using headings in the correct order, using descriptive link text and organizing content in a logical reading order. Do not manually change text colors or apply custom formatting. Learn more about creating accessible content in text blocks in our Accessibility Documentation.
More detailed instructions and examples for each of these features can be found in the Text Block Resources.
